IGLTA is the leader in travel tourism for the LGBTQ+ community and with their primary board member being a partner at R&R Partners, tasked the agency with refreshing their overall brand identity.
The previous identity consistend of a bold type-only approach emphasizing the name of the organization in a rainbow color, lacking any clear connection to what the company does or stands for. In order to create something unique and ownable, we took an icon first approach and embedded a variety of iconographic elements that could tell a broader story. Paired with a friendly condensed sans-serif and rich new color palette, we developed brand guidelines, print collateral as well as templates for their internal teams and oversaw the implementation across all internal and external facing channels.
