For the 2016 All-Star game in Toronto Canada, Nike was looking to activate the Toronto Eaton Centre with a one-of-a-kind interactive basketball experience that would allow customers to test the latest basketball product.
Working with a team of ux designers and strategists, I developed the overall look and feel of the activation, complete with a ceiling basketball course, elevated product displays, and interactive signage.
Nike’s Air Max Day is an annual celebration of Air Max that occurs on March 26th — the day the Air Max 1 first released back in 1987.
Started in 2014, Air Max Day is meant to be a celebration of all-things Air Max, with several new styles and models being revealed. For 2016, Nike approached Hovercraft Studios in Portland Oregon to help design several spaces for the brand's first ever "Air Max Con". As one of the studios trusted freelancer's at the time, I developed several floorplan layouts for a 50K sqft space as well desigend a handful of retail fixture elements including KITH's snack bar and a handful of interactive retail displays.
