Founded in Las Vegas, R&R Partners is an eight-office, 400-person, 45-year-old agency most notably recognized for the Las Vegas account (L.V.C.V.A) and the famous "What happens here, stays here." campaign.

To reinforce the legendary brand's status as the paramount purveyor of adult freedom, we launched a new campaign, "What Happens Here, Only Happens Here." and provided a new comprehensive visual identity system and a global marketing campaign inspired by the grit and glamour of the city. From 30s spots to 6s, city-wide signage take-overs, events, pr, ooh, client templates to internal collateral, my team and I delivered over 1000 creative assets to maximize the brands marketing output.

During my 2 years as Design Director at R&R, I went on to establish agency design standards, win over 15M in new business pitches, and grow my team from 5 to 15 direct reports across offices in Salt Lake, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and L.A.
